Can I enter more than one category?

Yes.

Can I nominate my own business, or does someone else have to nominate me?

Yes, you can nominate yourself.

How do I nominate?

You can nominate yourself or a woman making a difference in the community, by filling out the form. The person you have nominated will then receive an email from Heart of Women awards confirming their nomination.

When do nominations close?

Nominations close at midnight on 10th December 2026 

​

When are finalists announced?

Finalists will be announced on 15th January 2027

Do I have to go to the awards? 

To be eligible to win the awards, you must attend the Gala Awards night on the Gold Coast on International Women's Day on 6th March 2027

Is there an entry fee?

No, there is no cost to nominate. It is free to nominate and there is no acceptance fee

​

Will I receive a nomination banner?

Yes, all nominees will receive a nomination tile/ banner. All finalists and winners will also receive a finalist/ winner tile.

When is the awards night, and where is it being held?

Our Awards night is taking place on the 6th March 2027, at the Marriot Hotel Gold Coast. Ticket sales will be available from November 2027

FINALISTS & JUDGING

How are finalists selected?

Judging is completed independently by each judge and each submission will receive a score based on the submission for each category. The top 10 scores will be announced as our Finalists. 

Who are the Judges and how does judging work?

The Heart of Women Award judges are past winners and guest experts in their field. They volunteer their time to review and score the submissions.
